Quest Consulting is an independent recruitment agency that was established in April 2004 by founding partners Sarah Barker and Sarah Godfrey.
Based on the basic principles of offering a high quality of service at reasonable rates Quest has successfully secured a wealth of clients ranging from small owner managed business to large multi million pound turnover call centres and distribution centres.
The business initially offered its services to the commercial office and sales sectors but successfully launched its Industrial desk in November 2004 to cover general warehouse, distribution, cleaning, catering and labouring positions.
To cope with an increasing demand for a quality temporary work force, we increased our team in October 2005 to manage the effective recruitment of temporary staff in both commercial and industrial placements. With a dedicated Account Manager to monitor our clients ongoing temporary requirements we can ensure that the right staffing levels are always achieved.
By really listening to the needs of our clients, and offering honest and constructive advice to candidates, we will always ensure that we match the right people to the right positions and continue to generate a reputation within the industry that is unrivalled.
