Pennington Consulting was established in 2000 to provide consultancy and support across a range of housing and property related services. We have provided housing management, housing finance and property related services in the social housing sector, and also property related services to private companies.
In 2005, WMP Services joined the Pennington Group extending our range of services to include gas and electric safety checks and consultancy services. WMP Services has now been integrated into Pennington.

We never offer off the shelf solutions preferring to work closely with our clients to identify and meet their individual needs. We like to see ourselves as part of your team working to your agenda.
Above all, we provide high quality services. Pennington is an accredited company under the prestigious BS EN ISO 9001:2000 (replacing the British Standard 5750 quality standard).
