The two main bidders that remain for the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) project - which could create more construction jobs in Derby - have been announced.

Both Vinci Education and Balfour Beatty have made it to the final selection stages for the contract, with an estimated value of up to £230 million.
The announcement follows on from a Derby City council cabinet meeting that took place this Tuesday (October 27th).
For the Derby area, the initiative will involve work being carried out on 14 education establishments, with the preliminary phases including two sample schemes.
Galliford Try was taken out of the running for the bid after Tuesday's meeting.
The preferred bidder announcement is expected to take place in the summer of next year, with the entire project scheduled for completion by quarter three of 2014.
BSF is the government's plan for capital investment in UK schools.
