Construction jobs provider Carillion has celebrated the winning of another large contract.

As part of the Building Schools for the Future initiative, the company will be a part of the multibillion pound construction along with another five chosen companies.
Rob Holt, Carillion director for education, said: "We are looking forward to working with Partnerships for Schools, local authorities and the academy sponsors to support the delivery of their educational vision for their schools."
He added that the framework provides ongoing chances to have a good impact on learning outcomes, be supportive of the locality and better individuals' prospects in life.
The deals are expected to total £4 billion and will run for five years.
Carillion currently has revenue of £5 billion and employs approximately 50,000 staff. The company claims to have produced award-winning labour in the fields of commercial property, rail and education.
It currently operates across Canada, North Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Europe, as well as Britain.
