Workers in construction jobs with the Bovis Homes Group have helped to deliver good performance, in news that might encourage people to seek out construction jobs.

The housebuilding company reported that it is "delivering good build cost savings for future production", explaining that new contracts are helping to save within the labour it carries out.

It called the results "encouraging" and added that the savings will help in keeping future outgoings under control.

Theg announced that in the year to November 13th, its figure for private reservations has risen by 83 per cent on the statistic for the same period a year before, reaching 1,488.

From the start of 2009 to this date, it has had about £138 million in cash inflow.

Bovis Homes Group aims to get a return on the capital it employs of at least 20 per cent.

In addition, it also has a health, safety and environmental consultative committee to maintain best practice standards in these areas.
