Sackville Properties was recently awarded planning consent to build two new office buildings at the 52-acre site, reports the Coventry Telegraph.
The major developer also developed and owns the Tournament Fields business park just off junction 15 of the M40.
Mike Bracken, a director of Sackville, said: "These are in keeping with Tournament Fields, in that they are high-quality buildings designed to attract companies to the development and to the area.
Sackville has already created more than 85,000 square feet of office accommodation at the site and has permission for a three-storey, 43,000 sq ft headquarters.
The firm was also recently granted planning permission for Station Hill, a landmark, 1.72 million sq ft mixed-use scheme adjacent to Reading Station.
