ssistant Quantity Surveyor is required for a new build contractor based in their offices in Staffordshire. Their projects consist of a mixture of steel framed and traditional; residential, commercial and industrial projects typically with values of between �500,000 and �5 Million. Their workload is predominantly Design andamp; Build and they are looking for an Assistant QS to assist their commercial department in the successful commercial management of projects across the West Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that was established only 4 years ago but has grown consistently and has a forward order book of �20 Million secured for 2008. As a new company this means excellent potential for career progression coupled with a distinct opportunity to be part of the management team and decision making process.
